How It Works - The Risk-free Business Awards Process

There are many companies offering to create business awards nominations for your business for a fee - and many of them are very good. But - as far as we know - Bayleaf Awards are the only support business who offers a "No Win, No Fee" package.

This Is How It Works

  • You complete an online form with some information about your business and your preferred awards.

  • We give you an assessment of success, and let you know if we think we could be a good partner for you.

  • You place the order by paying the fee and our team get to work preparing the application.

  • We send you the draft for your approval and will perform unlimited iterations until we are both happy with the document.

  • The nomination will be submitted.

  • Hopefully, the award application will be successful (ie either an outright "win" or a commendation, placement etc).

  • If there is no success in the chosen award, we will then suggest a further 5 possible awards for which we think you many be eligible. You choose at least 3 awards from our list and we will make any necessary modifications to submit without additional charge.

  • If none of these additional awards are successful, we will refund your entire fee without question within 60 days of the final award being announced.

When we refer to success of an award application, we are referring to any form of recognition from the judges; whether that be first place, any formal placing or ranking, any commendation, special mention or similar. Fees will not be refunded for any of these, or similar, outcomes.
